Summer swims - The $45 entry contributes to the cost of heating and filling the private pool and hot tub. It also helps pay for the chemicals used to sanitize the pool and hot tub before and after each Fat Swim.
Fall and Winter swims - The entry fee contributes to the cost of renting a community center or private pool.
*Fat Swim Seattle is not for profit. Everyone involved is volunteering their time and there is no profit made from these events.

There are many immunocompromised and disabled humans in the Seattle Fat Swim community. We take community care very seriously. Please do not come to a Fat Swim if you are ill.
Covid testing is required to enter Fat Swim, there will be tests available for those who need them. -
If you financially cannot afford to pay the $45 to enter, please pay what you can.
If you cannot afford to pay that is ok, just let organizers know you will be using the scholarship to enter.
For those who can please consider paying more than the $45 so we can continue to host these community events.
